A distributor should choose a hybrid inverter range around repeatable customer demand, not around the longest specification sheet.
The best stocking strategy normally starts with a small number of clearly positioned SKUs that cover the most common local applications.
1. Define Your Buyer Segments
Separate residential backup, small commercial, installer projects and reseller demand. Different segments can prefer different power levels, battery capacities and price points.
2. Choose a Core Power Ladder
Instead of stocking every available model at launch, select a compact ladder that covers the most common local loads. HOMESOL's current hybrid range includes compact NS 2.5K/3.5K models and higher-power NS platforms.
Use actual enquiries and sales data to expand the range rather than guessing that more SKUs automatically create more sales.
3. Keep Battery Compatibility Clear
Hybrid products are battery-compatible, but the buyer should still confirm nominal voltage, battery current requirements and communication expectations for the exact model. Avoid selling “48V” as if it were a complete compatibility statement.
4. Check PV Input Against Local Panel Practice
Panel wattage and string design vary by market. Ask your installers what string lengths and panel formats are common, then compare them with the PV input limits and MPPT range of the selected inverter.
5. Use Samples to Validate the Sales Package
A sample can validate not only the inverter but also your documentation, accessories, packaging, installer feedback and sales positioning. Record the questions installers ask during sample evaluation; those questions often reveal what your next product page or sales sheet needs to explain.

6. Build the Wholesale Quotation Around Real Buying Data
For faster supplier response, send country, buyer type, target models, initial quantity and timeline. If OEM branding is needed, add logo/label/packaging requirements at the quotation stage.
7. Keep Warranty and Product Claims Consistent
HOMESOL's current standard website warranty is 1 year for inverters and 5 years for LiFePO4 batteries. Certification claims are not actively promoted on the current website unless officially confirmed for the relevant product.
Distributor Stocking Matrix
| Decision | Question |
|---|---|
| Market | Which country, grid type and application? |
| Power | Which 2–4 core kW levels cover most enquiries? |
| Battery | Which battery voltage/capacity is locally common? |
| PV | Which panel/string designs are used by installers? |
| Inventory | Sample, initial stock, monthly repeat demand? |
| Brand | HOMESOL brand or OEM/private label? |
Build Your Wholesale Range
Start with the solar inverter wholesale page, compare the hybrid inverter range, and use our hybrid inverter selection guide for technical screening.
Current HOMESOL hybrid ranges: compare NS 2.5K / 3.5K, NS 4.2K / 6.2K and NS 8.2K / 10.2K before building a distributor SKU plan.
