Inverters: 1-Year / Batteries: 5-Year
Warranty Coverage
Solar Inverters
1 Year
Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. Does not cover damage caused by improper installation, overloading, water ingress or unauthorized modifications.
LiFePO4 Batteries
5 Years
Covers cell degradation below 60% of rated capacity within 5 years. Physical damage, incorrect wiring and unauthorized opening are not covered.
Warranty Process
- Report the issue — Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the problem.
- Technical assessment — Our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
- Replacement or repair — Valid warranty claims will receive a replacement unit or repair at our discretion.
- Shipping — Return shipping costs are shared between buyer and HOMESOL on a case-by-case basis.
Not Covered
- Damage from improper installation or wiring errors
- Overloading beyond rated specifications
- Water damage from improper enclosure or outdoor installation
- Unauthorized disassembly or firmware modification
- Acts of nature (lightning, flood, fire)
- Normal wear and tear
