Hybrid vs off-grid inverter?
Hybrid works with grid and battery, auto-switching. Off-grid works only with battery and solar.
What battery voltage do inverters support?
NS-2.2K supports 12V; NS-3.2K supports 24V; NS-4.2K/6.2K supports 24/48V; NS-8.2K/10.2K supports 48V.
Do batteries work with other inverter brands?
Our batteries use CAN and RS485. Compatibility depends on the inverter supporting the same protocol.

What is the MOQ?
1 unit for sample. Bulk 10-50 units depending on model and customization.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, sample orders welcome. Sample lead time 7-15 days.
Production lead time?
Standard 7-15 days. OEM 15-30 days after sample approval.
Warranty & Support
Warranty period?
Inverters 1 year. LiFePO4 batteries 5 years. Covers manufacturing defects only.
How does warranty work?
Contact us with order number and issue. If covered, we provide replacement or repair.
